My Credentials:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years of case management, counseling, and teaching experience.

  • Holds a Masters in Social Work from University of Salisbury

  • Holds a Bachelors of Science in Social Work from Slippery Rock University

  • Experience working with depressing, anxiety, trauma, borderline personality, self-harm, neurodivergent, and anger management.

From My Own Struggles to Helping Others Heal

My journey into therapy wasn’t just a career choice it was personal. I’ve faced my own battles with anxiety, depression, and family challenges, and I know how isolating and overwhelming it can feel. But through those struggles, I also discovered the power of support, healing, and resilience even through the uncertainty. I learned that with the right tools and guidance, it’s possible to move from surviving to truly thriving.

As I’ve grown in my work, I’ve noticed how many families, teens, and adults struggle in silence feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure where to turn for help. Life can throw unexpected challenges at us, from daily stress and emotional overwhelm to relationship struggles and parenting pressures, and too often people face them alone.

I’ve seen firsthand the impact this uncertainty and stress can have on mental health, confidence, and overall well-being. That’s when I realized I wanted to be the support I once needed a compassionate, experienced therapist guiding individuals, teens, and families through life’s challenges.
